1. meet my specification,
2. the builder (not a salesmen) came to the house to quote,
3. provide striaght answers to my questions,
4. provide references and a copy of their BSA Report in the quote, &
5. within budget.
Maurice was reliable, approachable and work very hard in very hot conditions. I highly respect Maurice’s ‘measure twice and cut once’ workmanship. Julie kept us inform throughout the certification and building process.
